Lisa Brooks Greaux is principal and founder of SYNC (Seek Your Natural Calling) consulting group. With over 20 years of leadership and coaching experience, Lisa is committed to helping leaders achieve their potential, while leveraging their unique strengths.
Dr. Brooks Greaux has held senior roles at Delphi, Zoetis, Pfizer, and JP MorganChase and since 2005, Lisa has been on faculty at Fordham University’s Graduate HR Program. Her professional education includes a BS in Financial Management, an MS in Organizational Development, and her Doctorate from Columbia University. Among Lisa’s most distinguished honors, was being selected as one of the “25 Most Influential Women in Business” by the Network Journal. And she was a featured speaker at the Global HR Forum in Seoul, Korea.
